House of Flavours: Discover Authentic Indian Cuisine in Reading

One of the very good Indian food I have tried - The shish kebab, the pilau rice and the chicken lababdar were all bursting with flavours and were too good! Rest of my colleagues loved what they ordered. I loved the spiciness, though it said mild.

My experience in House of Flavors was amazing. The food was delicious and was served in a beautiful and impressive crockery The atmosphere was light and calm. I would definitely recommend this place for any occasion or just for fun. This is a decent place for Indian food.

Pleasant meal at the end of a long day of sightseeing and driving for 4 hours. Nice atmosphere. Very attentive staff/management. I had: Tandoori Paneer Tikka Achari to start, 4 (a spicy & smoky kebab) Bhuna Ghost 3 and Bullett Naan 3 as the main. Nice, but for me not stand out. Portion sizes were generous. Indian, not Bangladeshi/Nepalese masquerading as Indian. Clientèle seemed mostly white, whether that means anything about authenticity. Malabar IPA 2 was rather acidic. Paired well with the paneer dish, but not with the Lamb Bhuna. No Mongoose (lager), otherwise I would have chosen that.

Our previous valentines booking fell through and was struggling to find a place to eat. We were offered a table with no struggle which was great. The service was fantastic from Jagvir and treated us so well. The food and drinks was delicious and we enjoyed every part of the night. Thank you!

I recently visited House of Flavours, and it was a fantastic experience. This restaurant is excellent for North Indian food, offering a delicious and visually appealing meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a nice display of spices on the tables that adds to the authenticity of the dining experience. Our server, Jaybir, was very attentive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We started with papadoms and garlic naan, which were both very tasty. The papadoms were served with a variety of dips, including a delicious mango chutney. The garlic naan was soft and perfectly flavored, complementing our main courses beautifully. For our main dishes, we had soya chaap masala and paneer tikka masala. Both dishes were cooked perfectly, with rich flavors that really showcased the chef's skill. The soya chaap masala was especially good, with tender soya chaap in a creamy sauce. The paneer tikka masala was also delicious, with soft and well-marinated paneer. Overall, House of Flavours offers a great dining experience with good food, a nice atmosphere, and attentive service. It definitely deserves a full 5-star rating for its exceptional cuisine and welcoming environment.

We had an office lunch planned at the house of flavours and everyone was amazed with the taste of the food. We really enjoyed their curries and naan, with some fancy veg and chicken starters. I do recommend this for a great Indian cuisine.
